Yes, this obligation follows mainly Act no. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registers and on the amendment of some laws as amended. Other laws regulating this issue are, for example, Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting, Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT, etc.
