Archive boxes

In our offer we have our own boxes for archiving documents - loosely stored or stored in folders. The filing boxes are adapted for archiving and transporting registry records. They are made of hard craft cardboard and can be sealed if necessary.

In our company, a specialized workplace deals with the digitization of documents. We have many years of experience with this activity and we use high-capacity scanners for scanning. In addition to conventional text scanning, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), indexing, data mining, and digital document control are performed as part of this process.

Thanks to the sophisticated document processing process, we are able to efficiently and effectively provide the service of physical search and creation of documents based on the client's request. We provide the search for the required documents to the level required by the client within 24 hours, urgently within 4 hours.

We regularly carry out decommissioning and shredding of documents for the client without and with the "A" value sign after the expiry of the storage period, including representation at the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic.
